Tilden Park Aquathlon
Tilden Regional Park, one of the three original regional parks opened to the public in 1936, is our gracious host for our second attempt at the inagural Tilden Park Aquathlon. Located in the beautiful and diverse Berkeley Hills, its breathtaking views of San Francisco Bay and its scenic running trails offer a challenging and exciting race. Swim 1000 meters in beautiful but chilly Lake Anza and run 5 kilometers through lush hills covered with redwoods. This will be one of the most beautiful finishes with a post race party. After the race enjoy music and the fun atmosphere with complimentary food and drink.
  • Race to begin promptly at 9:00am at the Lake Anza beach, the finish is adjacent to Lake Anza in the gorgeous park grounds. We recommend wearing a wetsuit. Parking is available at Lake Anza and surrounding lots. Please car pool!

  • Treat this event as an early session tune-up race or give it your all and race for the bragging rights of winning the first annual Tilden Park Aquathlon! Awards will be given to the top three finishers.

  • Race Day Packet pick-up begins at 7:30am at Lake Anza.

  • Pre-Registration $40.00, Race Day Registration $45.00
